なんか最近寒いナーとおもったらツイッターが凍結してました。（正確には凍結されました、受身です）
さぁ、helpに直行です。http://support.twitter.com/forms/ ←ここにアクセスしてください、とのこと。
↓
アカウントの復活をクリックすると↓のようなフォームがあります。
ここに日本語で 凍結された事実と、解除の検討依頼等を記入し、送信します。
そして、すぐに返信が来ます。（英語で）以下のような文面です。

Twitter suspends accounts for a variety of reasons:

件名: アカウント凍結の解除をお願いします
大まかに訳すと、
『君の言い分はわかった！凍結を解いて欲しくば、このメールの内容を確認し、さらなるアクションをとる必要性があると覚悟されたし！』
みたいなもんでした。
ルールに関しては、ツイッターのヘルプに日本語で書いてあるものと同じなのでここでは省略します。
大事なのはそのさらなるアクションです。
オレンジ色の部分に『このメールへ返信することをもって、サポートの列に並ぶこととなります。もし、このメールに返信しなければあなたの一件は闇に葬られるでしょう。あ、それからあなたのアカウントの登録メルアドから必ず返信することをお忘れ無く。そうでないとサポートが迅速に的確に行えませんよ。』
と書いてあります。
つまり、このメールを見た時点で安心してしまって、何もしなかったら凍結の解除は無いということです。このメールの一番上にbodyはそのままにして、一文添えて返信しましょう。
その文面は『I have found @sophie12april my original Twitter account, being suddenly suspended. Could you unlock suspension if there are no problems with @sophie12april?』という定型文があるそうです。赤い部分はもちろんあなたのアカウント置き換えで。意味はこんな感じです。↓
『私のツイッターアカウントの@sophie12april が、凍結されてしまっているのを発見しました。もし、@sophie12april に問題がないようでしたら凍結を解除していただけないでしょうか。』

↓
↓
そして ５日目、以下のような返信が来るとともに、凍結が解除になっていました。

どうして凍結されたのか全く理由がわからないままです。
この５日間のうちに申請のフォームが変わっていたりして、もしかしたらtwitterのマイナーチェンジ時期にひっかかって、負荷のかかるアカウントは目を付けられたりとかそういうことなのかなとも思いました。フォローされている人数×1.1というフォロー規制があるのは知っていますが、それだけなら時間制限のみだったはずです。2000制限も知っています。
ツイッターさんのややこしさは、まぁおいといて、、、
一番困ったのは 以前フォローさせていただいてた方々や、フォローしていただいてた方々がめちゃくちゃにはずれたりフォローになってたりしていたことです。故意に外したように誤解をうけたりしてしまいそうです。(´･ω･`)
フォローしてくださったみなさんには大変ご迷惑をおかけしました。にゃんこ大好きなのでにゃんこアカさんをフォローさせて頂く姿勢は今後も変えません
追記：解除のメールが来てから約８時間経過で 以前のフォロワーさん、フォローさせていただいてたさんがずべてもとにもどりました。よかったぁ・・・。
